  • Verification documents: corporate registration certificates (e.g., CAC), identification documents, tax information, and other documents submitted to obtain a verification badge.
  • Payment and financial information: wallet balances, transaction history, billing details, and payment confirmation data processed by our payment partners.
  • Communications: messages, inquiries, job postings, RFQs, bids, proposals, support requests, and any content you upload or transmit.
  • Corporate information: company name, authorised representatives, procurement preferences, and staff permissions for corporate buyer accounts.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, app version, and pages or features you interact with.
  • Location data: approximate location derived from IP address or, with your permission, precise geolocation to support proximity search and local marketplace matching.

These providers process data only on our behalf and under contractual obligations of confidentiality and security.
  • Corporate accounts: For corporate buyer accounts, account owners may access activity, procurement records, and staff permissions within their organisation.

  • Business transfers: If Page Africa is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Page Africa operates primarily in Africa, but some of our service providers and infrastructure may be located outside your country of residence.
